You're pretty good Triggahappy. I only fight Algiers with the rifle. In that position where you got the clubbing, my main focus is to the right; that's where the most kills are. There is a spawn to the left by the wall way down there, but one must also watch out for the balconies at middle flank. That position is vulnerable from the left if someone sneaks up close against the wall like you did, if I'm remembering this correctly, especialy while reloading or concentrating on the right for kills. Moreover, my goal is to stay alive 5 to 1 at each position. You don't live forever anywhere in this game, especially against good players who know what to do. The clubbing part is cool, but it's still just a death.

Nobody said anything about your skills; you're good. You have a slight advantage over me in the Overall Stats: 13 to 16, to your advantage. Good job! I haven't played on GF much lately, but I'm still #26 on the Overall Skill page. I couldn't find your name, T13, in the top 100!

And yes I boast too much, but I get bored with the forums sometimes and try to stir things up. I'm just having fun don't you know. (Actually, I'm trying to beat Larry to Colonel.)

The topic here concerns CKR, which I now advocate. On the House of Pain server, they have large tanks in the middle of the Allied spawn in Remagen that take away from the Allied sniper's ability to take running shots when they enter from the archway.

This is an example of a new tactic that I've never used on GF. Actually, it's sniping but with the Garand; some of you would probably prefer to call it camping. Either way, how can you argue with the results?

Neither ML, I am originally from a town called Hereford, 30 miles from Canyon. But seriously though, is it really fun to sit there and wait for people to come to where you're hiding, camping, etc etc? I tried that when I first started playing, and it almost made me quit. I understande that diff. people have diff. play styles, but that just seems boring to me.

And by now you know I don't care about stats even a little; it's all about fun for me

I enjoy winning, but I often lose, especially on maps like Stalingrad, where running and gunning is the basic strategy. When I was playing on GF, my primary focus was the stat board; that probably led to a more consevative approach to the game. Your point is valid; it's all for fun, but camping is fun for me, especially if I kill several ego-tripping teenagers along the way. Now don't get me wrong; I love teenagers. I work with them. It's just one way I have fun. Yea, killing is fun, however you can get it done.

Well, I'm glad you got that off your chest. This reminds me of the stat period when I owned the sniper stats. For the entire stat period, I was the #1 sniper except for one day, which I won back the next day. Then at the end of the period, Behemoth had the audacity to tell me it didn't matter because I played too many rounds.

Your argument is just as ridiculous. 1.7 is a good ratio. Compare it to some MOB/Regs players who are barely 1:1. You say stats don't count. BS! They do illustrate how a player ranks against his or her competition. I care about stats; that's why mine are pretty good. None of this matters anyway. I really don't care; however, my strategy is better. Like it or not!

ya i know some of MOB's stats suxs but most of the time were just in there messing around its not like it used to be when all MOB had 2:0 and above cause there were actually people to kill. and im sure that any MOB or possiably a Reg would go and beat you as long as the map aint SF rem algires cause we know the score would be 0-0

Calm down Atima. So are you saying I own three maps: SF, Algiers, and Remagen? That would be a great compliment! I've been practicing all summer on different tactics. I've been trying to make it hard on myself; like playing Stali with the rifle instead of the MG, or playing as an Allied soldier when I would normally play as a Nazi, DV for instance. So your statement about any MOB or Reg may not be true, if I play my main game. I'm not saying that I'm better than players like Saucy, Reject, or Behemoth. All I'm saying is that my plan of gameplay is a good plan.

camping is gay and when i run around a corner and get shot by someone sitting in a corner i almost want to throw my PC against the wall and i know you made me feel like that several times ML sitting behind that planter or in the little cut in the wall in remagen. even tho you may have put a 40:1 ratio on here i can put many 5:1 but with 100+ kills. and also the game where i went 50/2 i was 44/1 but only have SS of it being 41/1
