Just want to see that MoB doesn't lose it's respect in the gaming community. Once again though may I point out the uneccesary personal attacks and hostility. I appreciate your words CUDA and find it nice to know you accept our apology. However, are you adult enough to offer one to us in return or to simply answer RAWK's ongoing quetion that is getting ignored? None of this would have started had Druid not banned us without warning. Also, this forum string would not continue if MOB members would stop with the personal attacks. I respect the fact that your members "aren't going to lay down and take it", but neither are we. So please show the same repsect towards us for not doing so. The reason why is,
1) I'm not impresseed when a clan goes into an public server, stacks the teams then brag about how they own. People play on our servers to have fun, if you need to go brag about raping a server, feel free to do it on your own.
2) I spent 15 minutes specing the S8 players, I found two of them very questionable.

Once there is a working AC for the game I will delete the current ban file, at that time you will be more than welcome to come back with the understanding I expect you not to stack teams.


Now..he explained why the banned happened and ended it by stating the above. PERSONALLY, I think he put it in a clear and professional manner . I play on the servers on a daily basis...and rarely see people kicked...except by punk buster...and or abuse of the server and disrespecting team and players. Most of the time it is people playing asking MOB to kick people for misconduct.

It's the end of the day....lets move on.....we are losing valuable time that we could be playing our games instead of arguing over a decision which was made and was justified.

CUDA, you were not there so it's hard for you know what really transpired. We were never told team stacking was not allowed, nor were we asked to discontinue. We only fired back after a couple of people started lipping off. You even stated your clan is not going to lay down and take it. Why should we when we play clean and yet have pub players making accusations. Then we get some bullshit statement by Druid saying he spec'ed us for 15 minutes and some were questionable. He has been unable to ellaborate more. I'm sure now that he has had time to make up some story and make it sound good so that he save's face, he may finally honor us with an answer to RAWK's ongoing question, regardless of how inaccurate it will likely be.

We were attacked by pub players, banned without reason, and then personally attacked repeatedly after each post we make by your members, even after we apologized.

Finally, is MOB big enough to apologize in return? Seems easy enough wouldn't you agree? Two wrongs do not make a right and your members have not acted any better than ours in some of the original posts.

OK... I have been around here for a long time. The reason that someone would "SUSPECT" or "QUESTION" that you would use HAX would include.... exessive pre-fire, tracking through walls/black windows, tossing nade in hidden spots to kill other players, calling out that you have hax, excessive kills/Headshots (aimbot)... since Druid was one of the people to help with the development in MOHAA missionary, and has been MOB's unoffically keeper of HAXORZ knowlege and is 1337 on his own... I would consider his word law. he would also use the term questionable if he didnt think something was up. whats funny I have seen alot of clans come here and toss our salad and try to work us over by telling that they dont hack "BUT" they end up being hax. fuck you. youre salad tossing is nothing new, nothing I havent seen before and am tired of it. look through our Opera section you will find clans of such good nature SK, SIC etc that came and said the same stupid shit you say. blah blah blah.... Let me try to explain myself again,

1. Putting down players and telling everyone how much you "own" and how everyone sucks is not a smart thing to do. Also trying to provoke players into thinking that you HACK is even a worse idea. Go ahead go into any well known COD2 clans server, 1stAD, Area 51, Indygamers, whoever and starting spamming "OWNED" and I bet it won't take very long before you get banned.

2. Stacking teams. I agree a WARNING would have been apporiate BUT after the way you guys were acting you were begging to be banned.

3. As for the "hacking," all Druid said was questionable. He didn't accuse anyone. You weren't banned because of some "questionable" play. There is no reason for you to act all hurt and shocked that someone questioned your ability.

The explanation you asked for.

Two people contacted me asking me to check out the S8 players in the server. One person was MOB the other was a player who plays on our server all the time.

I jumped on the server for the sole purpose of watching you guys play.
BTW when I watch a player I'm looking for signs of proof they aren't cheating as much as looking for proof they are cheating. Unfortunately the map was Moscow which is one of the harder maps to spot a cheat on because it's so open.

The 1st person I watched was bash since he had the best score. I saw nothing to point one way or the other, but right after I moved to watch the next player, Bash responded to someone saying they should go download their own cheats to fight back. Not the smartest thing he could of said. I understand he was probably joking but it didn't help.
After this I didn't pay attention to individual players names, I just went to the next person with the S8 tag.
I rotated between specing all of the S8 players several times while on the server.
The two things that stood out were.
1) One players who several times in a row would throw nades where other players were that he couldn't see.
I'm not talking about random nade spamming, but only when a player was there in out of the way spots, not once when there wasn't a players there.
At the same time, twice he was running around with the pistol , both times switching to the PPSH as he was about to come up to an Axis player he couldn't see. Once running across the map to the main building but not switching to the PPSH when entering the building but waiting until he was about to come around the corner where an axis was camping.
2) Another player who several times would quickly fire from the destroyed building to the large one where snipers usually camp at. What was strange is he never spent any time watching the building, the only time he played it any attention is right when an Axis had walked up the steps and was moving to the window.
As soon as an Axis made it to the window, boom they where dead. If there was no axis in the room he went back to killing in the courtyard. Yet several times in a row soon as an axis made it up the stairs to the room, before they were even in view he would turn and seem to get ready to kill them as they approached the window.

I didn't consider either of these definitive signs of cheating, as both examples could be racked up to luck, communication via TS, just to name a few.
Overall I found it suspect especially after the remark of how a player should go download their own cheats to fight back.
I was on my way out when I was asked to check the server. I made the decision with the limited time I had.
Which is why in my 1st reply I only said suspect, and was welcome to come back once AC was added to the game. I didn't saw anything about "I caught you guys hacking"
It simply came down to me being unwilling to let you guys continue to play when I had to leave with questions raised by what I saw and how you guys acted in the server.

I was willing to give you the benefit of doubt, which is why I asked for your website. If you where from a established clan, more than likely you wouldn't of been in the server cheating but the only response you were willing to give was to tell me to fuckoff.

As for the complaint you weren't warned to not stack teams. I'll answer your question with a question.
Does a server need to run messages telling people not to cheat, or not to team-kill when FF is on?
No, of course not.
I think you will find most public server like ours, doesn't support or appreciate clans stacking teams when they join a server, then bragging about it how they are running it.

Something else you should keep in mind, stacking teams commonly leads to cheat complaints do to many people will think the reason you stick to one team is because you're cheating.
I don't know if you noticed or not but two different people said as much while you were in our server.
Either way, over time it will give your clan a bad name because it makes you look very unsportsmanlike.

One way our server does differ from many servers is we allow spawnkilling as we see it as part of the game, while many servers do not. On this point we do run a message saying as much.
