On april 19, at 7:25 eastern time i was banned from the tuchola beta 2 map... and it sed that i had bad attitude and was disrespecting Dolphin girl... ok i got kicked erlier for saying "ass" 2 times, as if I am the only one, then I came back 20 minutes later... and was playing and talking with Shake, he's a [MOB][Regs].... and I was j/k around a bit with him and we were talking about I aready forgot what... I DIDIN'T SAY ANYTHING TO DOLPHIN GIRL AND I GET BANNED!!! In the message it said I had bad attitude and disrispected Dolphin Girl. I didin't even talk to her after I came back and sed nothing about her, she had the right to kick me erlier, but I sed nothing about me getting kicked, and I was not having a bad attitude, I just killed someone with a kar98k at close range and they had a ppsh, and i said something like kar98k rules down with ppsh garbage or whatever... and the bad attitude was just me and {MOB}[s.hake] j/k around... I hope we can have this issue resolved soon... I really like your servers and all {MOB} members r cool people so... I hope my opinion won't change because of this little misunderstanding.

You know what....You have been using very nasty language on our servers.... I have kicked you at least 5 times for your language. I know Silver has kicked you a couple times and you have had several MOB give you warnings like Shadow. Then I kicked you for swearing I get off the game you log on 20 minutes later and get back on and start talking smack about me. I was not on but on vent and other MOB members and churchhill said you came back on disrespecting me. Telling me I should look ass up in the dictionary or something. I am not a babysitter and am tired of giving you warning and kicking you. I am on to play a game not to babysit. So, I came back on and ban you.

Ass Trooper, I'd love to stick up for you as you are a familiar name on the MOB servers and I enjoy killing you immensely - but I must admit you do sometimes get annoying, and cross the line. In this instance, after getting kicked initially you probably should have realised that MOB wasn't fooling around and kept your mouth shut upon returning.

Maybe, down the road, the MOB powers that be will reconsider your case...

I'm not sure if this was the case, but i have seen it elsewhere, where the warning given to someone about language, was just the word language. To avoid confusion, maybe warnings should be more specific, for example.

Polska, i have nothing against you but i have heard youve been kicked sevral times for this offense. I have led many clans and i think i can say you should stay banned. You failed to follow the correct rules/ policys of the administrators percedings. I think your a great player... but thats not the point, the point is you where kicked..for an offense then you continued, thus getting you banned. as for anything else all you do is camp the fg-42 spawn from 6am to 11pm. and it bothers me that you dont help your team. No fence Polska, but you were asking it. You had been asking it for a long time...... I remember when you were almost living on no time limit Barb server. You were making people already back then annoyed to your attitude and comments. And still you are continuing the same thing on other server..... You are a good player with offensive playing style but you have to learn to respect and obey what you are told by admin. Otherwise you are asking trouble for yourself and only for yourself. Well when there's so much variation in kicking for language (ie some people tolerate the word ass, others don't) it's kind of hard to know what language is alright to use, and they don't realize who you're talking to. Is it really that hard to mention someones name when issuing a warning? Silver has the right idea.

Are you tellin me that people can't use their own judgement? I've given personal warnings as well, but as soon as that happened, someone else spouted off at the mouth. Churchill I only been camping for the past 1 day... and late last night I realized fg-42 is kinda boring... besides usually I have most points for cracking open bunkers... usualy I try to help the team, but often they go own ways, and don't always help... whenever anyone says to help them with a plant, I'll rush with super-speed to help them... I been playing for 3 days on tuchola map, and wensday I was mainly trying to figure out all the paths, cause I was getting fed up with getting lost in them and going out not the way I did(the little A,B, C's are a great help)... I do team work, when there are ppl that I know, because some unknown ppl are often not wanting help... when the "krew"(Sabot, Shake, and me) is there we always do a lot of damage... and sometimes u want to help some nwbie and they r either cooperative, or start going crazy...

And I think I may be misunderstood, I am trying to be funny, I guess addinfg >lol< afer everythign I say is not that ovious... standards are being lovered... eg: I went to a fast food join, won't tell you the name but I can tell you it served 6billion ppl, and the woman at the counter was like that'll be $5.98, so I give her $10 and $1, and she was like "what r u doing? r u trying to trick me?" I sed "woman I want $5 dollars back, and if you give them to me in singles I'll go crazy..."

I am compleatly confused about what r u talking about Cross... besides I can't play at stock maps for BA becuase they r too big, and have way too much little detail for my slow computer...

They are not bigger, but they have all this detail, barbarossa and tuchola don't have all this crazy dietail in a small confined space... and they are "closed" meaning you can't possibly see fro one to the other side of the map, on for example rhinevalley you can be in that castle or whatever and see the whole map... when I say bigger I don't mean in size but in the amount of detail and memory needed for them... you catch my drift?
