I thought about just leaving this alone and just continue playing.... ( ever since this has started i have been getting my ass kicked in the server... lol ) ( so dont worry DG i want this closed as well.. bad carma i guess)
Anyway...
I have only 1 recolection of an incident ( actually two but the other time was with a jeep ) close to what silver explained..

So before i start.. silver... Did you actually see this event occur?...
IF you did see it.. then try and rememebr when code red actually died...

Ok guys/gals here it is.

.location.. "Farm"
I was treking towards the right side of the farm with a tank. and saw some people shooting at .. I guess a jeep.. ( dont really remember that part )... but anyway.. and continued going toward enemy bases..

Code red was laying down next to one of the little speed bumbps made of dirt behind a fence.. ( So he was as silver said away from where vehicles goes) I was crusing along when i saw something and started heading towards it. ( i was in 1st person view ) I noticed that i was going to hit the fence so i stop and started turning my tracks... ( silver please rememebr that i was turning my tracks and then he died )
It seems that from the pivot point the back end is longer so when the back end turned towards code red it killed him.. As far as continuing to turn the tracks.. after he died ( to whatever silver said ) i was frustrated that i had killed him so i just sat there turning and cursing myself..
.
Now that is what i remember.. and the only reoson that this whole thing upsets me is because i understand that there are players out there that go around intentionally jumping out of tanks/jeeps and killing people and that sorta thing.. and if you noticed im quick to let an mob memebr now of such activities.. it does disrupt the game... but i am not like that.. i mean.. if you have played a game with people for over a year.. I mean hell even before that when barb was coming out.. and that player has never shown any signs of being that type of person.... I dont see how on the first offence you automatically assume that it is me being one of those piece of shit players...

I dont know.. from rading other posts it seems that once silver makes his mind up on something its hard to change it.. however i hope that he ( if he even saw the event ) ( or if code red will remember) they can see the order in which event did occure... i mean if i wanted to just run him over why didnt i just run straight into him... .. whatever... waste of time.. and i do agree close this out allready.... thanks for those peeps that have come to my deffense.. im tired of all of this....
