I thought it was time to set the record straight about
{BOM}

Just to make sure there are no misunderstands, I'm not talking about
=|BoM|= short for Band of Mutineers or {BoM} also known as Band of Mercenaries.

This page is dedicated to Team {BOM} Which is short for, well nothing actually but we lovingly refer to them as Team {MOB} Spelled backwards.

What I find laughable is what they purposely left out.
As always the truth is in the details.

"Three of our team members are former admin's from a privately owned server that flies the {MOB} Clan tag."
I guess helping admin {MOB} Server #4 was the highlight of their gaming life since they mention it. To bad they fail to mention how 2 if not all three of them had their admin privileges revoked because they misused rcon to harass and kick better players.

Although Noob is warned to stop misusing his admin access to harass people, he decides to ignore the warning and continues to act like he owns the server and can do whatever he wants.
Less than two weeks later Noob is banned from Server #1 and #3 and loses his rcon access on server #4.

The reason Noob is so completely obsessed with Cypher, is not only did he lose his admin privileges but Cypher took his place.

And the reply from GPF after getting contacted about the issue, where he refers to the people doing it as " asshole admin(s) that are doing this and ruining the experience. "

"During our time as admin's on this {MOB} Clan server all three of us, on separate occasions, caught {MOB}Cypher, {MOB}99SVTCobra and {MOB}Ateurnus cheating. While the evidence we documented in each instance was irrefutable, when confronted the {MOB} player’s merely denied cheating (as do most cheaters)."

They are quick to claim proof of 3 {MOB} players cheating but fail to provide any proof.
I wonder why?
Their ONLY so-called proof involves a CI messages saying Cypher had a hacked binary. After investigating the problem I found the problem was caused by a conflict between the older copy of CI used on server #4 and an undated copy of the honesty config {MOB} was required to use for OGL ladder matches. After I found the problem I went to the server and tried to explain the situation to Lowly Noob. He refused to listen or go to the Invisible Warriors site to verify what I said.

Their so called proof of cheating by {MOB}99SVTCobra and {MOB}Ateurnus consisted of nothing more than the opinions of Lowly Noob and the bunch of misfits he calls friends.

Once again their so called "irrefutable evidence" was not evidence at all but simply baseless accusation and insults about people they didn't like. I also find " they either claimed they never got it (sorry you two, delivery and read receipts were received for all email sent to each of you." extremely laughable. I guess they thought it made their B.S. sound more believable.

We are a Team of friends who strongly believe in Honesty, Integrity and Fair Play; qualities the {MOB} clan is completely lacking."

Now this is the funniest part. They claim we cheat but guess which server they chose to play on when server #4 closes? That's right, they come play on our server. Now I ask you, if they honestly thought {MOB} cheats, why would they pick our server over 2000 other servers?
I think the answer is obvious, they don't believe their own bullshit.
They played on our server until they once again began causing problems and accusing {MOB} members of cheating. When we finally banned them for causing problems, they get mad because they can't play on the same server they claim we cheat on.

Just in case anyone misses it in the email. He ask's me for my phone number so he can call me because he's so "FRICKIN' PISSED!!!" about getting banned from a server he claims on his webpage is ran by .
"The biggest cheating Clan in the MOHAA gaming community, the {MOB} Clan! Who lack Honesty, Integrity and Fair Play"

On their webpage they proudly claim having evidence of {MOB}99SVTCobra and {MOB}Ateurnus cheating. Strange how in an email Noob sent to me, he says
Now, I can appreciate that because of my personal issues with Cypher my opinion may or may not be respected over there. I know he has managed to turn Ateurnus and 99SVTCobra against me, and for all I know he may be trying (or succeeding) in turning the rest of you against me as well.

Here is a grown man who insults two people on his webpage by claiming they cheat but in an email to me he whines about how Cypher turned Cobra and Ateurnus against him. Sorry Noob, Cypher didn't have to turn anyone against you. You did that all on your own with your false accusations and constant complaining.

BTW this is only one of several emails Noob sent me complaining about language and spawnkilling on MY server. I ended my reply to each email with "If you have an issue with spawn killing and the language used on our server.
There are over 2500 MOHAA server's, I'm sure you can find one your more comfortable in."
In the end, I had to ban him just so I wouldn't have to listen to any more of his complaints. It truly amazes me how he thought he should be able to dictate server policy because he wanted to play there.

 

 

{BOM} Proud Supporter of Double Standards
for the Special People

Here is a great example of how {BOM} believes in a double standard, one they apply to everyone else and one that should apply to them. If someone thinks {BOM} is cheating they request screenshots be forced to prove their innocence. Yet, {BOM} flat out refuses to let anyone else prove they don't cheat. I guess it would be to hard on them to admit they were wrong and all the crap on their website is well, crap.

A few days ago, I was on a server under another name just so I wouldn't have to listen to Noob fuss about {MOB}. I almost fell out of my chair laughing when I saw this.

WOW... He hates everything about {MOB} but uses the weapons mod I made.
Just in case you try and say it's not my mod, sorry to bust your bubble but it is.
I went on your server and checked, you made a few changes to it but there is no doubt it's a copy of the {MOB} equal weapons mod. I can tell this with near certainty because the Kar98 suffers from the exact same problem my earlier copy did. The Kar98 is suppose to fire the same as the M1 but pauses between every few shots.
You want to fix it? I'll give you a hint...... "Think animations"..... LOL

 

The B in BOM doesn't stand for Brains.

After our exchange on the {DMG} forum I went to the {BOM} server out of curiosity. The server was empty so I left. They post on their forum how they should keep the fact they knew I joined their server a secret. Guess what guys?
If you want to keep something a secret, you don't post it on your open forum.

I think Cypher summed up their problem in an email to GPF.
